Some laid off and couldn't keep up with the bills, some young or ignorant of the outcome. I feel like the background check is enough and a credit check should be kept for the individual to keep track of his obligations, this country should promote people to work. For some people, such as for me, it has been difficult to find a decent. Once you accumulate debt and don't have a consistent working record, such is when you work under the table or work a few months at a time and leave, you lower your chance to recover from your financial situation and find a good paying job.
